Best way to treat eczema in adults on the face and scalp?

First you should understand that people suffer from eczema for different reasons, diet, contact, exposure to sun light or even certain chemicals or ingredients in fabrics and cleaners you may use everyday.

But being some who has suffered from eczema I know the frustration so here are a few suggestions: First, when treating the skin, you must thoroughly clean the area with either witch hazel or hydrogen peroxide, this will reduce surface bacteria and open your pores. Second, you need to apply pure aloe (from the plant) to area.

Trust me this plant woks miracles.

You should do this at least twice a day, especially after you shower.

Then, to prevent further spread you must filter the water in your shower and sinks. Tap water contains plenty of things that can cause or aid in the development of eczema.

Use lotions or deodorants with no fragrance.

These extra smell goods will agitate the skin as well. Change the products you use to wash and dry your clothes and sheets in, they also contain harmful chemicals that are not good for the skill.

AVOID SKIN CREAM. WHY? Because skin creams only provide TEMPORARY relief and does nothing to address the cause.

I hope I have been of some help.

As far as the scalp is concerned you should use an all natural shampoo, avoid scratching, and avoid sweating if possible. Keep hair cut close using scissors only.
