Does my ex wife have any right to my retirement benefits?

It will be listed in the QDRO (Qualified Domestic Relations Order).

Typically, if your ex-wife had no retirement assets of her own, the QDRO would require you to transfer one half of your accumulated retirement assets to her. this percentage is not written in stone and your QDRO could be different. If by "retirement benefits" you are referring to a pension or other defined benefit type plan, the QDRO will also spell out how that would be treated.

If your divorce is complete your attorney should be able to help you decipher the QDRO.

Also, child support payments are only made as long as the child is a minor, unless some other circumstance (i.e. a special needs child) causes the judge to alter the norm.
