My son is always being corrected for things from other teachers for things even if other kids are involved they don`t get corrected for it only my son does. This is not fair to him and is making him not want to go to school.
This is one of the reasons I quit teaching.
Parents need to take more responsibility for their children's actions.
If it comes down to the word of your child vs. the school's, it is a good bet that the school is correct.
There are counseling opportunities that your son could use in his school to help him with the issues that he is dealing with, which may be manifesting in the form of poor behavior.
