Eliminating caffeine has some benefits.
However, decaffeinated coffee is often processed with some harsh chemicals which can be harmful.
Try coffee flavored postum which has a nutty coffee like flavor but without the acid.
Tea is also a pleasant change. Bottom line, a cup of decaf is not going to kill you, if you like it and it helps you with your diet
