Is it possible for a 50 kg woman to exert greater pressure on the ground than a 70 kg man?

Yes - Pressure is force per unit of area.

A 50 kg woman exerting pressure on high heels with a bottom surface of 10 square centimeters will be exerting the force of 5 kg per cm^2, whereas a 70 kg man wearing snowshoes with a bottom surface of 100 square centimeters will exert 0.7 kg per cm^2.

This is why stiletto heels can damage some floors, and why snowshoes allow you to walk on snow without sinking in - by spreading or concentrating the area where the work is done, you can control the amount of pressure exerted.
