its goes well in my country that police don't have their role and anarchy everywhere.
and business also heavy here, there are a lot of tax and unnecessary tax more over the bad productivity worker and high wages. And people keep moving to other country to do business even the local citizen that's the worst thing.

First of all, you have to follow rules as much as you can but at times, pragmatism doesn't allow following of rules beyond a certain extent.
