Schedule a meeting with your boss's boss.
In the meeting, tell him/her in a polite and respectful way exactly what your boss has done.
You need to show them specific examples and have evidence to make your point.
Just remember that it's up to your bosses boss to decide what action to take.
Do not make threats or demands that your boss be fired.
Your best option would be to ask for a transfer to another department or tell them politely that you may have to find another job if this situation continues.
