What type of marketing structure are you asking about? How do I get my customers?
Word of mouth and advertising.
How do I get repeat customers? SERVICE the customer.
Basically, the key is to SERVICE the customer.
Make them happy, and they will tell ONE person to call if they need your services.
Make someone unhappy and they will tell NO LESS THAN TEN people to NOT call you. This works in EVERY type of business that have customers.
