Those who don't own businesses, work for others who do, would ever vote for a Republican party canidate? Republicans are the party of the wealthy, everything they do benefits the wealthy while the middle class and the poorest people suffer.
The days of the working class democrat are gone my friend. The Kennedy's and Rooservelts are long gone. The democrats now are not concerned about the working class. They are more concerned with dividing classes in this country. Look at the issues that effect you everyday and tell me what a democrat has done for you lately. They are more concerned with promising the world to the poor and to minorities. They like to bring race and ethnicity into their issues, when in reality they don't want to bring people together and have everyone be equal, it takes away their base. It's a proven fact that young people, minorities and the poor are the base voters for democrats. The democrats promise to bring new hope to these people, but they don't do anything for them. They try to bring race and class warfare into everything. Once most young people get older they switch their beliefs and begin to become conservative. When minorities and immigrants get good jobs and start businesses they become conservative. The democrats have nothing to offer working class people. I live in a very liberal state and we have elected republican governors for the last 5 years. We went from a 4.5 billion dollar deficit to having a 500 million dollar surplus without doing the old democratic action of raising taxes. I am middle class. My family household income is only $40,000 ( to some democrats I'm in the top 10%)
The democrats have done nothing for me. I have the heaviest tax burden, my kids won't get any aid for college, I don't have any laws that place me at the head of the line for a job. Please let me know what a democrat has done for you lately. There aren't many working class democrats out there anymore. Last one I can think of that really cares about the common man is Sen Joe Liberman. The democratic party doesn't care about defending our country. If they had their way we would sit back let people attack us and fire a missile into an abandoned camp in the Sudan and say "we're even". They are more concerned about the rights of our enemies than the people of this nation. Listening to people like Howard Dean and John Kerry would make me embarrassed to be a democrat. The democrats are the most negative party I have seen, they feast on dividing this nation.
Ever since the 2000 election they have been out to ruin Bush. Is Bush a great president? He's not the greatest, but far, far from the worst. The democrats will sit back and say that Bush lied about WMD's in Iraq, but fail to remember that for 8 years, Clinton, Gore, Albright, Cohen all made the same claims and talked about how Iraq possesing WMD's was the most dangerous situation in the world. How soon we forget, because we have to attack the president for political gains. So far it isn't working so good. Please tell me what president has gone through what Bush has gone through. In his first 5 years in office. Our country was attacked. The worse attack by a foreign entity in our history. We found that there are thousand of Islamic extremist living in this country and they want to kill us. The threat of the next attack could be ten times worse then what 9/11 brought. We have gone to war in Afghanistan, Iraq, and countless other places we don't even know about to fight terrorism.
We have an extremist movement in this world that is very strong that wants to destroy the way of life of the western world. Not just America, the Western World!!. They will stop at nothing to do so. Bush has had to deal with countless natural disasters that we have never experienced before in such great frequency. He has had to deal with the greatest divide this country has seen since the Civil War. He was handed a downward spiral economy that we found was over inflated in the 90's by greedy companies that were cooking the books, and the economy was only made worse by the 9/11 attacks.
